BioLongevity Labs Review (2026): Is It Legit? Finnrick Tests, COAs, Prices
BioLongevity Labs is the store at biolongevitylabs.com, a US supplier of research peptides with a contact office in Cleveland, Ohio, and terms governed by Ohio law. It sells 83 products: single peptides, Khavinson bioregulators such as pinealon, vesugen and livagen, blends such as GLOW and KLOW, and its own coded "Signature" products priced up to $1,499. Its founders have spoken about the business in the trade press (Beauty Independent, January 2025), which describes a brand that started in 2014 with nootropic supplements; the peptide store's domain was registered in June 2024.
This review scores it from public evidence read on 1 November 2026: the store's product data, its certificate library and two certificates read in full, its shipping and return terms, Finnrick's independent tests, Trustpilot and the FDA record. The Bureau has no affiliate program with BioLongevity Labs, so nothing on this page links to its store.
Is BioLongevity Labs legit? The short answer
It is a real, established US business with unusually complete paperwork, and a test record from buyers that is weaker than its paperwork. Its certificates report measured fill, purity, identity and endotoxin from a named US lab, and they are published in an open library. But Finnrick, which tests vials that buyers mail in, has 34 tests on the store and 9 failed, with BPC-157 passing only 48% of the time. Trustpilot has removed the store's profile for going against its guidelines, and its own pages give two different return policies. Buy from it only if you need something the scored vendors do not sell, and check the lot.
Check the address before you order
The store is biolongevitylabs.com. On 1 November 2026 Google's first page for the name also showed biolongevitylabspeptides.com, with the same title and wording, and biolongevity-lab.com. Neither is the store's own domain, and the Bureau could not tell who runs them. Type the address yourself rather than clicking a search result.
Not the same as Longevity Labs
Longevity Labs UK (longevitylabsuk.com) and Longevity Labs Inc. (a spermidine supplement brand) are different businesses. Nothing on this page describes them.
Who runs it and what it sells
Our top-scored source right now: Amino Club
The vendor Bureau readers order from most this year, lowest price per mg on most of what we track, batch COA on every product page. Partner code 100 at checkout takes 20% off a first order there, and keeps the order counted for the Bureau. Research use only.
Visit Amino Club Compare all vendorsThe contact page gives an office at 2498 Superior Ave, Cleveland, OH 44114, a toll-free phone number and a support email. The terms name the courts of Summit County, Ohio, and Finnrick lists the vendor in Akron, which is in Summit County. The parts of the terms the Bureau read name no legal entity. The about page says the store belongs to the "American Peptide Association"; the Bureau did not check that with the association. Every product is sold for research and development use only, and the site calls itself a chemical supplier.
The public product data shows no semaglutide, tirzepatide or retatrutide, although Finnrick has 12 retatrutide tests on the store, the latest from 23 September 2026, so it has sold one at some point. Cagrilintide is listed as "final stock". Follistatin is sold under the code FLGR242; the product name says so.
What the certificates show
On paper this is the strongest store outside the scorecard. The certificate library is open, needs no account, lists dozens of certificates newest first and keeps older ones up. The latest BPC-157 10 mg certificate is from MDx BioAnalytical Laboratory, names BioLongevity Labs as the client, carries a QC tracking number, a search code and a batch number, and was received on 13 May 2026 and reported on 20 May. It reports 10.16 mg of BPC-157 in a 10 mg vial, 99.78% purity, a mass spec spectrum with BPC-157's ions labelled, an endotoxin pass at 0.05 EU/mL or less, and a photo of the vial. A follistatin certificate from the same lab reports 5.18 mg in a 5 mg vial at 99.79%, though its received date is printed a year before its report date, which looks like a typo.

Build your stack, 2 minutesTwo things cost points. The lab's own home page says its ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation has expired and is "pending re-accreditation" after a March 2026 audit (read 1 November 2026). And the store says it uses "three independent certified laboratories", while the current certificates the Bureau saw name one. Each certificate carries a search code for the lab's lookup page; that page did not load for the Bureau, so check the code on your own lot's certificate. The product page's "latest" BPC-157 certificate is a different lot from the newest one in the library, so match the lot printed on your vial, not the first certificate you see. The peptide testing guide covers what a lot-specific report should contain.
What independent testing found
This is where the store's case weakens. Finnrick, which tests vials that buyers send in, lists 34 tests on BioLongevity Labs from March 2025 to 23 September 2026: 25 passed and 9 failed, a 71% rating, 293rd of the 489 vendors it ranks (read 1 November 2026). By compound: GHK-Cu 87% over 4 tests, retatrutide 75% over 12, ipamorelin 73% over 4, PT-141 71% over 3, and BPC-157 48% over 11. Finnrick's own summary names "BPC-157's repeated purity failures" as the main drag and notes that its test records carry no batch IDs.
So the store's certificate for one BPC-157 lot shows 99.78%, while buyer vials of BPC-157 from the same store fail more often than they pass. Both can be true at once: a certificate describes the vial the store sent to the lab, and Finnrick describes vials buyers received. It is the reason a clean library alone does not earn a high Consistency score. The per-test figures sit behind Finnrick's membership, so the Bureau cannot quote them.

Prices, against the scored vendors
List prices from the store's public product data on 1 November 2026, against Amino Club, the Bureau's top-scored vendor, read by the Bureau's price tracker the same day. Both before any code. On 1 November the store was also running a Halloween storewide sale showing 40% off on its product pages; that is shown separately because it will end.
| Listing | BioLongevity list | Per mg | With the 1 Nov sale | Amino Club | Per mg |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| BPC-157 10 mg | $99.97 | $10.00 | $59.98 | $39.99 | $4.00 |
| TB-500 10 mg | $164.97 | $16.50 | $98.98 | $39.99 | $4.00 |
| Ipamorelin 10 mg | $79.97 | $8.00 | $47.98 | $49.99 | $5.00 |
| Thymosin alpha-1 10 mg | $129.97 | $13.00 | $77.98 | $39.99 | $4.00 |
| GHK-Cu 50 mg | $84.97 | $1.70 | $50.98 | $29.99 | $0.60 |
| NAD+ 500 mg | $249.97 | $0.50 | $149.98 | $69.99 | $0.14 |
At list, BPC-157 costs two and a half times Amino Club's price and TB-500 four times. Even at 40% off, both still cost more; only ipamorelin on sale comes in under. The store runs storewide sales often, so the sale price is closer to what buyers pay, but it is still above the scored vendors on every core compound. Today's prices at every vendor the Bureau reviews are on the price tracker; the BPC-157, TB-500, thymosin alpha-1 and GHK-Cu where-to-buy guides compare the scored vendors that stock each.
Shipping, payment and returns
All as the store states them. Orders paid before 12 noon Pacific ship the same business day, by USPS Priority, FedEx 2 Day, overnight (with or without signature) or Saturday delivery. Shipping is free only over $400. Payment is by "all major credit cards".
Returns are muddled. The refunds page says "we cannot accept returns" and, further down the same page, that unopened products can be returned within 10 days of delivery with a 15% restocking fee. The shipping page says returns are prohibited and limits the 10-day window to unopened supplements. Wrong items are replaced, and orders can be cancelled only before they ship. Assume no returns on peptides.
Reputation signals the Bureau could source
Trustpilot. The profile for biolongevitylabs.com reads "This profile has been removed": Trustpilot says the business "goes against our guidelines and is no longer visible on Trustpilot" (checked 1 November 2026). It does not say which guideline.
Finnrick. 34 tests, 9 failed, as above. That is more independent data than most stores have, and the record on BPC-157 is poor.
Regulators. A search of FDA warning letters on 1 November 2026 found none naming BioLongevity Labs. Absence from a search is not a clean bill.
Other reviews. Most pages ranking for the name are affiliate write-ups and newsletter posts with codes, and one templated grade page. One deals site says it does not currently recommend the store. None compares the store's certificates with Finnrick's results.
BioLongevity Labs coupon codes
There is no Peptide Bureau code for BioLongevity Labs. A "Bureau" or "PB" code seen elsewhere is not ours. The store's own discount on 1 November 2026 was its Halloween storewide sale, 40% off on product pages. Affiliate newsletters and sites publish 15% codes for the store; the Bureau has not tested them, and the store's frequent storewide sales usually beat them. For the vendors where the Bureau does hold a working code, the peptide coupon codes page lists each one with the date it was last tested.
Is BioLongevity Labs legit?
As a business, yes: it is real, US-based, public about who runs it, and it publishes better certificates than most stores. It is not a scam storefront.
The score stays below 3 because the evidence that matters most, buyer vials tested by someone else, is mixed, and on BPC-157 it is poor. Add a removed Trustpilot profile, a return policy that says two things, a lab whose accreditation has lapsed, and list prices that are among the highest in the market, and there is little reason to pick it for the common compounds.
Who it suits. A researcher who wants its bioregulators or coded products, and who checks the certificate for the exact lot. Who it does not. Anyone buying BPC-157 or TB-500, or anyone who needs a clear return route. The scored vendors in the box below sell those for less, with better independent records.
What would move the score
Up: Finnrick BPC-157 results that pass consistently; batch IDs on vials that buyers can trace; the lab's ISO 17025 accreditation renewed; a single, clear return policy; a Trustpilot profile restored; prices closer to the market. A reader order with a matching certificate would also lift Consistency.
Down: more failed independent tests, certificates that do not match the lab's lookup, or any regulatory action.
Score breakdown
| Dimension | Score |
|---|---|
| COA transparency | 20 / 25 |
| Shipping | 14 / 20 |
| Product consistency | 11 / 25 |
| Customer service | 7 / 15 |
| Pricing | 3 / 10 |
| Longevity | 3 / 5 |
| Total | 58 / 100, Bureau Score 2.9 |
How each line was reached: COA transparency credits an open library with measured fill, HPLC, mass spec and endotoxin, and loses points for a lapsed lab accreditation, the "three labs" claim against one lab on current certificates, a date typo and a lab lookup the Bureau could not read. Shipping credits same-day dispatch and the full FedEx range, with free shipping only over $400 and no order of our own. Consistency weighs 9 failed Finnrick tests out of 34, with BPC-157 at 48%, above a clean in-house certificate. Customer service is low for the removed Trustpilot profile and a self-contradicting return policy, offset by a published phone, office and email. Pricing reflects list prices two and a half to four times the scored vendors on the core compounds. Longevity credits a brand trading since 2014, with the peptide store since 2024.
Scoring methodology: documentation checks against published COAs, independent test databases, store prices, published terms and public-reputation cross-checks; reader orders where we have them, which for this vendor we do not yet. Full criteria on the methodology page and the listing policy. No vendor has ever paid for placement or score.
