NexaPh Review (2026): Is It Legit? Finnrick Tests, Janoshik COAs, Kit Prices
NexaPh is the store at nexaph.com, and its own pages name Shanghai Nexa Pharma Co as the company behind it. It sells almost entirely in fixed 10-vial kits, so a single vial cannot be bought. Its public product data listed 58 products on 2 November 2026, 2 of them out of stock. Listings ask visitors to log in, while the product data and the certificate portal stay open. The Bureau has no affiliate program with this store, so nothing on this page links to it for commission.
This review scores it from public evidence read on 2 November 2026: the product data, the certificate portal, the lab's own verify page, the store's policies, Trustpilot, Finnrick and the FDA record. The Bureau did not create an account or place an order.
Is NexaPh legit? The short answer
It is a real store with real lab reports and a poor independent record. Finnrick counts 184 of 302 classifiable tests passing, 441st of 489 vendors, from 303 tests. Those are vials buyers sent in. The store's own certificates show above 99.6% purity on the batch read. Both can be true, and the gap between them is the point of this review.
What happened to NexaPh?
Google suggests that question, but the store was open and trading on 2 November 2026, and Finnrick's latest test was dated 27 October. The Bureau found no closure and no regulatory action. nexa-ph.com, with the hyphen, shows a "Coming Soon" page, so check the address.
Who runs it and how it sells
Our top-scored source right now: Amino Club
The vendor Bureau readers order from most this year, lowest price per mg on most of what we track, batch COA on every product page. Partner code 100 at checkout takes 20% off a first order there, and keeps the order counted for the Bureau. Research use only.
Visit Amino Club Compare all vendorsThe about, terms and refund pages name Shanghai Nexa Pharma Co, and ACH payments are made payable to that name. The Bureau found no street address on the pages read. Contact runs through a form, an email address and a Telegram group. Whois shows the domain was created on 6 May 2024.
Finnrick's vendor report (3 July 2026, public part only) describes "fragmented operator identity" and says US registry searches produced no matching registration for the Shanghai name. It also alleges "cloned Janoshik COAs across Nexaph, EZ Peptides, and Ameano". The Bureau did not verify the identity points. What it found on certificates at the lab is below.
The house codes
The store sells some compounds under codes. Its own testing pages name the result: NXP-1P shows semaglutide, NXP-2P tirzepatide and NXP-3P retatrutide. That is a test result on a store page and not a label on the vial, so read the certificate for the lot you are looking at.
What the certificates show
The portal at coa.nexaph.com is public and keeps older versions: BPC-157 10 mg alone has 21 certificates. The Bureau read one recent batch in full.
BPC-157 10 mg, batch BPC1008212026-23 (Janoshik, four panels):
- Mass and purity, task 226961, 2 September 2026: 11.35, 12.26 and 12.35 mg; purity 99.686%, 99.679% and 99.655%.
- Sterility, task 226963, 15 September 2026: pass.
- Endotoxin, task 226965, 2 September 2026: 2.098 EU per vial.
- Heavy metals, task 226967, 28 August 2026: arsenic, cadmium and lead not detected. Mercury is not in the results shown.

Build your stack, 2 minutesThe Bureau checked this at the lab. On 2 November 2026 it entered all four task numbers and keys on Janoshik's verify page, and the lab confirmed each one, while a wrong key was rejected. It then opened the lab's copy of the mass and purity report: client nexaph.com, manufacturer NEXAPH, batch NXP-BPC1008212026-23, with the same figures as the store's page. So this report is in the lab's database. That says nothing about other batches, and the next paragraph shows why a confirmed key is not the end of the check.
The same results under another store's name. The Bureau then opened two retatrutide reports at the lab: task 235472 for nexaph.com (manufacturer NEXAPH, batch NXP-3P1209082026-04) and task 235476 for ameanopeptides.com (manufacturer AMP, batch AMP-3P1209082026-04). Both were ordered on 16 September, received on 17 September and analysed on 22 September 2026. Both give 14.43, 14.39 and 14.38 mg and purity of 99.578%, 99.574% and 99.559%. The lab confirms both keys. Separate samples would not be expected to match to the third decimal, so this reads as one set of results reported under two names, which fits part of Finnrick's allegation. It does not show who made the vials or who owns either store, and the Bureau has not put it to the lab or the stores. Read a NexaPh report as evidence about a batch, not as proof that this store's own vial was tested.
What a genuine report does not tell you
- The store chooses the sample. A lab reports on the vials a client sends in. Finnrick's tests start with vials buyers received, which is why the two can differ.
- The vials ran over the label. 13.5% to 23.5% above 10 mg on this report. That is not a bonus: the label does not describe the contents, and the three vials differ by a full milligram.
- The store chooses what is published. Peptide Grades makes this point about the Janoshik model in general.
The peptide testing guide covers what a lot-specific report should contain.
What independent testing found
Finnrick tests vials that buyers send in. On 2 November 2026 it listed 303 tests across 16 peptides, 184 of 302 classifiable tests passing, a 59% rating and 441st of 489 vendors. The latest test was dated 27 October 2026, so this record is large and current.
| Compound | Finnrick rating | Tests |
|---|---|---|
| GHK-Cu | 89% | 12 |
| Tirzepatide | 76% | 63 |
| Retatrutide | 75% | 105 |
| BPC-157 | 64% | 21 |
| Ipamorelin | 60% | 10 |
| Cagrilintide | 51% | 13 |
| Tesamorelin | 37% | 30 |
| TB-500 | 37% | 7 |
| Sermorelin | 37% | 3 |
| CJC-1295 | 35% | 9 |
| Semaglutide | 35% | 15 |
| MOTS-c | 31% | 6 |
| NAD+ | 25% | 3 |
So the answer depends on the compound. Retatrutide and tirzepatide make up over half the sample and rate about 75%. Tesamorelin, with 30 tests, and semaglutide, with 15, rate near one pass in three, and Finnrick's analysis cites repeated purity misses on those two and CJC-1295. The certificate above shows above 99.6% on BPC-157 and Finnrick's figure for that compound is 64%. They cover different vials and lots, so this is a contrast and not a contradiction, but it is why the Bureau scores the outside record above the paperwork.

Prices, against the scored vendors
Kit list prices from the store's public product data on 2 November 2026, against one vial at Amino Club, the Bureau's top-scored vendor, read by the Bureau's price tracker on 1 November. Both before any code.
| Listing | NexaPh, 10 vials | Per mg | Amino Club, 1 vial | Per mg |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| BPC-157 10 mg | $152.00 | $1.52 | $39.99 | $4.00 |
| Ipamorelin 10 mg | $178.00 | $1.78 | $49.99 | $5.00 |
| Tesamorelin 10 mg | $288.00 | $2.88 | $69.99 | $7.00 |
| NXP-3P 10 mg, against Amino Club retatrutide | $258.00 | $2.58 | $69.99 | $7.00 |
Plainly: NexaPh is far cheaper per mg. Amino Club costs about 2.4 to 2.8 times as much on these lines, before any code. The price has two catches. The smallest spend is $152 to $288 against about $40 to $70, and that is also the size of the loss if a batch is bad, with tesamorelin rating 37% on Finnrick and no returns. TB-500 is not like for like either: NexaPh lists "TB500 Frag 17-23" at $161 and TB4 at $251 per 10 mg kit as separate products, so check which one you mean. Today's prices at every vendor the Bureau reviews are on the price tracker; the BPC-157 and tesamorelin where-to-buy guides compare the scored vendors that stock each.
Shipping, payment and returns
All as the store states them. USPS Priority or UPS, free over $200 in the contiguous US, the same business day before 12 noon Pacific. The Bureau could not establish where parcels ship from. The shipping policy lists major credit cards, and the terms make ACH payable to the Shanghai company.
The refund page says "we cannot accept returns". Missing, incorrect or damaged items are handled by email, and an order can be cancelled only before it ships. The site footer also says "Purity guaranteed over 99% or your money back", and the Bureau found no mechanism for that promise. Treat the refund page as what governs and get anything else in writing.
Reputation signals the Bureau could source
Trustpilot. The profile for nexaph.com showed 3.8 from 75 reviews on 2 November 2026, and it is unclaimed. Its summary of recent reviews praises fast shipping and low prices.
Peptide Grades. It gives a B, 3.0 of 5, and calls ownership anonymous. It also reports one reviewer's independent test at 70% purity and 9 mg in a 10 mg vial. That is one unverified report. Peptide Grades earns commission from some vendors.
Reddit. "Nexaph anyone?" in r/GLP1microdosing has 560+ comments and ranks first on Google. The Bureau read Google's snippets only, and they split: "as reliable as it gets" in one comment and "deliberately deceptive" in another. The top answer in the snippet praises its tirzepatide.
Regulators. Web searches on 2 November 2026 found no FDA warning letter or Justice Department case naming NexaPh or Shanghai Nexa Pharma. Absence from a search is not a clean bill.
NexaPh discount codes
There is no Peptide Bureau code for NexaPh. The Bureau saw no code on the pages read and has tested none, so treat any "nexaph discount code" listing elsewhere as unconfirmed. For the vendors where the Bureau does hold a working code, the peptide coupon codes page lists each one with the date it was last tested.
Is NexaPh legit?
It is a real store, and the reports the Bureau checked are in the lab's database, though one carries the same results as a report under another store's name. Its independent record is what keeps it at 2.1. Over 300 tests, it sits in the bottom tenth or so of Finnrick's table.
The price earns its points, and the certificate panel is one of the broader ones in this round. The score stays low because 118 of 302 classifiable tests did not pass, a kit is ten vials with no returns, and the company has no address the Bureau could find.
Who it suits. A researcher buying kits of its better-tested compounds, who has read the test data, checks mass against the label and is prepared to send a vial for independent testing. Who it does not. Anyone buying tesamorelin, semaglutide, TB-500 or CJC-1295 on price, or anyone who wants one vial or a way to return it. The scored vendors in the box below cost more per mg. What they offer instead is a single vial, so a bad one costs far less.
What would move the score
Up: a Finnrick record climbing out of the bottom of the table; vial contents close to the label; a street address and a matching registration; a return route that honours the footer's promise.
Down: more reports that match another store's, more failed tests, or any regulatory action.
Score breakdown
| Dimension | Score |
|---|---|
| COA transparency | 11 / 25 |
| Shipping | 10 / 20 |
| Product consistency | 7 / 25 |
| Customer service | 5 / 15 |
| Pricing | 8 / 10 |
| Longevity | 1 / 5 |
| Total | 42 / 100, Bureau Score 2.1 |
How each line was reached: COA transparency credits a public portal that keeps old batches, exact purity per vial, sterility, numeric endotoxin, metals and lab keys that check out, less for results that match another store's report at the lab, Finnrick's cloning allegation and vials about 20% over label. Shipping credits same-day dispatch and free delivery over $200, less for no returns and no known ship-from point, with no order of our own. Consistency credits a large, current sample against 59% and 441st of 489. Customer service reflects 3.8 from 75 reviews on an unclaimed profile, no returns and a footer promise with no mechanism found. Pricing reflects the lowest per-mg figures in this round, less for kits only. Longevity reflects a store online since May 2024 under a Shanghai company with no address found.
Scoring methodology: documentation checks against published COAs, independent test databases, store prices, published terms and public-reputation cross-checks; reader orders where we have them, which for this vendor we do not yet. Frequently Asked Questions
Is NexaPh legit?
NexaPh is a real store, and its own pages name Shanghai Nexa Pharma Co. It scores 2.1 out of 5: prices are low and the Janoshik reports the Bureau checked are in the lab's database, but one carries the same results as a report under another store's name, Finnrick counts 184 of 302 classifiable tests passing, 441st of 489 vendors, and the store accepts no returns.
What did Finnrick find on NexaPh?
On 2 November 2026 Finnrick listed 303 tests and a 59% rating. Tirzepatide rated 76% over 63 tests, retatrutide 75% over 105, BPC-157 64% over 21, and tesamorelin 37% over 30. Its analysis cites repeated purity misses on semaglutide, tesamorelin and CJC-1295.
Are NexaPh certificates real?
The ones the Bureau checked are in Janoshik's database under the store's keys. But on 2 November 2026 the lab also held a NexaPh retatrutide report and an Ameano report with identical figures and dates under different client names. Finnrick separately alleges cloned certificates across these brands. Treat a report as evidence about a batch, not proof this store's own vial was tested.
What happened to NexaPh?
The store was open and trading on 2 November 2026, with Finnrick's latest test dated 27 October. The Bureau found no closure and no FDA or Justice Department action naming it.
What is NXP-3P?
It is NexaPh's code for a product its testing pages report as retatrutide. NXP-1P reports as semaglutide and NXP-2P as tirzepatide. Read the certificate for the lot you are looking at, since Finnrick's ratings for those three compounds differ widely.
Can you buy a single vial from NexaPh?
Almost never. The catalogue is fixed 10-vial kits apart from topical ampules, so the smallest spend on the core compounds is $152 to $288. A single vial at Amino Club is about $40 to $70, at a higher price per mg.
Does NexaPh accept returns?
Its refund page says it cannot accept returns. Missing, incorrect or damaged items are handled by email. The site footer promises money back if purity is under 99%, and the Bureau found no mechanism for that.
Is there a NexaPh discount code?
The Bureau holds no code for NexaPh, saw none on the pages read and tested none. Treat any code listed elsewhere as unconfirmed.
