Is Peptide Pro Legit? Review, Coupon and Real Site (2026)
Code PEPTIDEBUREAU takes 10% off at checkout. The shop is for registered researchers, so the link opens Peptide Pro's log-in page first. Orders placed with any code lose the refund for a wrong item, so if that matters, use the link without the code.

Peptide Pro is a US research-peptide store at peptidepro.io, run by Biotech Nutra Inc. from Franklin, Tennessee, on a domain registered in September 2024. It sells a wide catalogue of about 64 products: the recovery set (BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu and blends), growth-hormone peptides, MOTS-c, NAD+, capsules, and the GLP class sold under codes (RTA GLP-1, TRZ GLP-1, SMA GLP-1). Since 2026 the whole shop, its prices and its certificate library sit behind a researcher log-in.
This is a desk review: everything here comes from what anyone can check from the outside, read between 26 and 28 October 2026. Because the shop is gated, the Bureau read the store's pages and its certificate files through its public WordPress feed, then pulled the labs' own copies of the reports to compare. The Bureau has not placed an order. Where something could not be verified, the page says so.
Is Peptide Pro legit? The short answer
A real store with real lab reports, but with weak points a buyer should know before ordering. Peptide Pro names its company and address, has traded for about a year, and its certificates come from three labs, two of which serve their own copy of every report the Bureau checked. Against that, the reports show vials filled from 77% to 153% of the label, two lots changed a lot when tested a second time, no independent lab has retested a vial, and its policy refunds nothing bought on sale or with a code. Bureau Score: 2.8 out of 5.

What Peptide Pro is and what it sells
The store gives its operator as "Peptide Pro (Biotech Nutra Inc.), 2000 Mallory Ln, Ste 290 #1150, Franklin, TN 37067" on its privacy and contact pages. The "#1150" suite reads like a mailbox address rather than a warehouse, and the Bureau has not checked the Tennessee company filing. The home page sends individual buyers to a sister brand, Ascend Vitality, a telehealth service selling prescribed GLP-1, peptide and NAD+ therapy. A December 2024 press release on Barchart is the earliest public trace of the store; its domain dates from 25 September 2024.
The catalogue is wide: BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu and the REJUV blend, CJC-1295 with and without DAC, ipamorelin, tesamorelin, sermorelin, AOD-9604, MOTS-c, SS-31, NAD+, cagrilintide, the coded GLP listings, and capsules. It also lists MK-677 and GW-501516. Every page carries the research-only line. One live page still carried template "placeholder copy" naming another company when the Bureau read it, a small sign of a site built fast.
The biggest thing for a buyer is access. "PeptidePro.io now requires all professional researchers to log in to browse or purchase", says the log-in page. In practice you cannot compare prices, open a certificate or read the product pages before creating an account.
Testing and COAs: what the reports show
The library is large. The store's certificate page lists 76 lab-test entries by product, with about 120 distinct PDF reports behind them, from three labs. The Bureau read every entry through the store's public feed on 26 October 2026 and then went to each lab for its own copy.
| Lab | Reports | Checked at the lab |
|---|---|---|
| Freedom Diagnostics Testing, Franklin, TN | 49 | 32 checked, all 32 on the lab's server with the same purity and net content |
| Bioviridian Inc., College Station, TX | 54 | 53 on the lab's server; two compared in full were identical; one capsule report missing |
| Horizon Analytical | 12 | Could not be checked: the reports print no report number and the lab's search needs one |
A lab-hosted copy is a real plus: it means the numbers were not edited after the lab issued them. The newest batch of nine Bioviridian reports was issued on 22 October 2026. For example, COA11277, a 10 mg retatrutide-class vial (RTA GLP-1, lot RETA10-101626), reads 99.83% purity and 10.35 mg, 104% of label. Freedom's reports add an endotoxin result on 29 of 32 checked.
Four things hold the score back. First, fill: Freedom's reports from late 2025 show net content from 77% to 153% of label, including CJC-1295 with DAC at 7.67 mg in a 5 mg vial, sermorelin at 13.99 mg in 10 mg and MOTS-c at 7.71 mg in 10 mg. Second, two lots tested twice moved a lot: MOTS-c lot MOTS-110125 read 11.22 mg and then 7.71 mg five weeks later, and TB-500 lot TB10-110125 read 11.55 mg and then 9.47 mg. Third, gaps: 9 of the 76 entries have no report attached, a 30 mg tirzepatide-class report gives its lot as "NA", and many entries were last tested in 2025, so from outside the log-in you cannot tell which lot is on sale today. Fourth, the labs: Bioviridian's and Horizon's domains date from late 2025, none of the three states an accreditation, and Freedom sits in the same town as the store's mailbox. The peptide testing guide explains what a lot-specific report should contain.
Matching your vial to its report
On 28 October 2026 Peptide Pro sent the Bureau its lot paperwork: a list of the 76 certificate entries as published on 27 October, and eight direct report links with the lot each one prints. Its method for buyers: read the product, strength and lot on your vial's label, find the report with the same lot on the Product Certificates page (log-in needed), and write to [email protected] if your lot is not there. The store says itself that the list is not a guarantee that every lot it ships has a published report, and that some entries are older reports.
The Bureau opened all eight reports and six more from the list on 28 October 2026, then fetched each lab's own copy. All 14 name the right product and strength and carry the lab's name, test dates, purity, net content and method (HPLC with mass spectrometry). Twelve are on the lab's own server with the same numbers; the two Horizon reports could not be checked.
| Product | Lab and report | Lot on the report | Purity, net content | Lab's own copy |

| Semax 30 mg | Bioviridian COA8231, 26 Aug 2026 | SEMAX-081826 | 99.81%, 30.48 mg (102%) | Same |
| KPV 10 mg | Freedom 2510310029, 2 Nov 2025 | KPV10-110125 | 99.88%, 10.45 mg (105%) | Same |
The paperwork holds up, and the October 2026 batch is far tighter on fill (102% to 104%) than the late-2025 reports. The gaps the Bureau found:
- The tirzepatide-class 60 mg report (COA11280) prints lot RETA60-101626, the same lot as the retatrutide-class 60 mg report. One of the two is mislabelled, so for either 60 mg vial a lot match alone does not settle which report is yours.
- The two Horizon reports print the lab's sample number (BNID-...) as the lot rather than a batch code, and Horizon's verification search returned nothing for either on 28 October 2026.
- The vial photos on the October reports show a QC number on the label (for example QC268778), not the lot printed on the report. Without a vial in hand, the Bureau cannot confirm that the lot a buyer sees on the label is the one in the list.
- HCG and GHRP-6 are listed in the store with no certificate entry at all, and 9 entries still have no report: FOXO4-DRI, glutathione, MK-677, the 5 mg RTA GLP-1, the Selank/Semax and tesamorelin/ipamorelin blends, and three capsule products.
- Many single-product entries still show only 2025 reports, so the lot on sale may be newer than the newest report.
The paperwork does not change the score: every report is still one the vendor commissioned, the library is still behind the log-in, and the gaps above remain. The score stays at 2.8.

Prices are behind the log-in, so the Bureau's price tracker cannot follow them. The few the store shows publicly, on its home page on 26 October 2026, are BPC-157 at $41.65 for 5 mg and $62.90 for 10 mg, the REJUV 80 mg blend at $157.25, CJC-1295 without DAC with ipamorelin at $101.99 and HGH fragment 176-191 at $61.20. The 10 mg BPC-157 works out at $6.29 per mg, against a median of $6.20 and a low of $1.80 across the vendors in the price tracker that day.
The store runs a sale almost every week: 60% off selected sizes in a Fire Sale, 45% off for Mole Day, 51% for a harvest sale, 40% for Octoberfest. That pattern suggests list prices are set to be discounted from, so the list price is rarely what anyone pays. Sale and coupon orders, though, lose the refund for a wrong item (see below). Free BAC water comes with every order. To turn a vial price into a cost per research run, the reconstitution calculator does the dilution maths.
Shipping, payment and returns
All vendor-stated. Peptide Pro ships to the contiguous United States only: no territories, PO boxes, APO or FPO addresses, or forwarders. An older FAQ answer still says international shipping is available, which contradicts the policy. Orders are processed within 2 business days, with a 2 PM cut-off, and go by UPS Ground in 3 to 7 business days; shipping is free over $175 (another page says $150), and expedited shipping costs extra. The store told the Bureau on 28 October 2026 that orders ship from Franklin, Tennessee. The home page promises thermal packaging with every order, which the Bureau has not seen.
The refund policy is the strictest the Bureau has read. It is a "strict No Returns, No Refunds policy". The only exception is a wrong item reported within 7 days with photos, and "No exceptions or exemptions are made for products marked as final sale, discounted, or purchased with coupon codes". A lost parcel, or one marked delivered that never arrived, is the buyer's loss unless Route insurance was bought, and Route "may be required" on high-value orders. A chargeback without contacting the store first "may result in the forfeiture of any future purchase rights".
Payment is by card "and other available methods as listed during checkout", which is behind the log-in; two Trustpilot reviewers mention cards being declined by their bank. Support is by phone (615-274-9877), email ([email protected]) and live chat.

Reputation signals the Bureau could source
Trustpilot. Peptide Pro has claimed its profile, which shows a TrustScore of 4.7 from 314 reviews (read 26 October 2026). Of the 20 newest, 18 are five stars, mostly about fast replies and replacements; one three-star review calls the pricing "on the higher side", and one one-star review says a retatrutide-class vial came out cloudy when reconstituted. None of the 20 carries Trustpilot's verified label, and several describe personal use. These compounds are sold for research only.
Regulators. A search of the FDA's site on 26 October 2026 found no warning letter naming Peptide Pro, peptidepro.io or Biotech Nutra. Absence from a search is not a clean bill; it is what the Bureau could find on that date.
Community. The Bureau found no Reddit discussion of the store through web search, so there is no community read to summarise.
Peptide Pro coupon code
Code PEPTIDEBUREAU takes 10% off at checkout. The Bureau tested it in a Peptide Pro cart on 27 October 2026: on a $59.49 vial it took off $5.95. It works on first and repeat orders. The store allows one code per order; its Fire Sale page says one affiliate code can be used on top of sale prices, which the Bureau has not tested. Peptide Pro pays the Bureau a commission on orders through our link or code, at no cost to you.
Harvest sale, 29 to 31 October 2026 (US Central time). Peptide Pro has confirmed in writing that PEPTIDEBUREAU adds to its 51% Harvest discount, for 61% off eligible Harvest items. Paid solvents, free-gift variants and the PPRO Case are excluded, and the code cannot be combined with a Gold membership benefit. The sale had not opened when this page was published, so the Bureau has not tested the stack in a cart; the checkout shows the final discount.
One catch, and it matters more here than at most stores: any order placed with a coupon code, or of a discounted item, is excluded from Peptide Pro's refund policy, even for a wrong item. If you would rather keep that claim, order through the Bureau link without typing the code. Codes on coupon aggregators and unrelated sites are untested by the Bureau. All the codes the Bureau holds are on the peptide coupon codes page with the date each was last tested.
Is Peptide Pro legit?
Verified: a store trading from peptidepro.io since late 2024 under a named company; about 120 reports from three labs, of which all 32 Freedom reports and 53 of 54 Bioviridian reports the Bureau checked match the lab's own copy; a lot list and report links from the store, 12 of 14 checked against the lab on 28 October 2026; published US shipping terms; a claimed Trustpilot profile with a year of reviews; a working 10% code.
Not verified: that the lot printed on a shipped vial matches its report, since the Bureau has not had a vial in hand; the 12 Horizon reports; current prices for most sizes; the payment methods at checkout; the Franklin, Tennessee dispatch the store states and the thermal packaging; the company filing; any accreditation for the three labs; and real delivery times, since the Bureau has no reader orders.
Who it suits. A US researcher who wants a wide catalogue with a lab report behind most products, who will open the lab's own copy of the report for their lot before using a vial, and who accepts that a problem order will not be refunded.
Who it does not suit. Anyone outside the contiguous US, anyone who wants to compare prices or read certificates before signing up, anyone who needs a refund option, and anyone who wants an independent retest on record before buying: the higher-scored vendors on the 2026 scorecard offer more of that.
What would move the score
Up: a report for every product on sale, with the lot on the vial label matching it; reports for the 9 entries without one; an independent retest, on Finnrick or Janoshik, that matches the paperwork; steadier fill between vials; the shop and certificates open without a log-in; a refund route for coupon orders. Down: a failed independent test, an FDA letter, or reader reports of wrong or missing orders going unresolved. The Bureau re-reads desk reviews when Finnrick adds a test or a reader sends an order report.
Score breakdown
| Dimension | Score |
|---|---|
| COA transparency: about 120 reports from three labs, most verifiable at the lab; behind a log-in, 9 entries without a report, a lot given as "NA", a tirzepatide report carrying a retatrutide lot code, 12 reports that cannot be checked, labs with no stated accreditation | 15 / 25 |
| Shipping and delivery: clear processing times and UPS Ground, contiguous US only, lost parcels on the buyer without paid insurance; no reader orders | 13 / 20 |
| Product consistency: purity 98.4% to 99.98% on paper, but fill 77% to 153% of label and two lots that moved sharply when retested; no independent retest | 13 / 25 |
| Customer service: phone, email and live chat, a 4.7 claimed Trustpilot profile; no returns, no refunds on sale or coupon orders, a chargeback warning | 7 / 15 |
| Pricing and value: prices hidden; public BPC-157 at about the tracker median; near-constant sales | 4 / 10 |
| Longevity and reputation: domain from September 2024, about a year of public reviews | 3 / 5 |
| Total | 55 / 100, Bureau Score 2.8 |
Scoring methodology: documentation verified against the labs' own copies, published prices and terms, and public-reputation cross-checks; reader orders where we have them, which for this vendor we do not yet. The score was set on 26 October 2026, before Peptide Pro approved the Bureau as an affiliate, and the partnership does not change it. Full criteria on the methodology page and the listing policy. No vendor has ever paid for placement or score.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is Peptide Pro legit?
It is a real US store, run by Biotech Nutra Inc. from Franklin, Tennessee on a domain registered in September 2024, with a large library of third-party lab reports that the labs host themselves. Against that, its shop and certificates sit behind a researcher log-in, the reports show net content from 77% to 153% of label, nobody has retested a vial independently, and it refunds nothing bought with a discount code. The Bureau scores it 2.8 out of 5 as a desk review.
What is the real Peptide Pro website?
The store is peptidepro.io, registered on 25 September 2024. Its sister telehealth brand Ascend Vitality is at av-life.com. peptidepro.com is a domain for sale, peptide-pro.com is an unrelated protocol generator, and peptidepro.shop forwards to a different site the Bureau could not read. Type peptidepro.io yourself rather than clicking a search result.
Is there a Peptide Pro coupon code?
Yes. Code PEPTIDEBUREAU takes 10% off at checkout; the Bureau tested it in a cart on 27 October 2026. Peptide Pro's refund policy excludes orders placed with any coupon code, so if a wrong-item claim matters to you, order through the Bureau link without the code. From 29 to 31 October 2026 (US Central time) the code also adds to the 51% Harvest sale, for 61% off eligible Harvest items, the store says.
Which labs test Peptide Pro products?
Three: Freedom Diagnostics Testing in Franklin, Tennessee, Bioviridian in College Station, Texas, and Horizon Analytical. All 32 Freedom reports and 53 of 54 Bioviridian reports the Bureau checked are on the lab's own server with the same numbers. The 12 Horizon reports could not be checked, and none of the three labs states an accreditation.
Does Peptide Pro give refunds?
Almost never. Its policy is no returns and no refunds, except a wrong item reported within 7 days with photos, and even that does not apply to sale, discounted or coupon-code orders. Parcels lost or marked delivered are not covered unless you bought Route insurance at checkout.
Does Peptide Pro ship outside the US?
No. Its shipping policy covers the contiguous United States only, with no territories, PO boxes, military addresses or forwarders, although an older FAQ answer still says international shipping is available. Orders are processed within 2 business days and go by UPS Ground, 3 to 7 business days.
Research use only. The compounds discussed are sold as research chemicals and are not approved for human use. Nothing here is medical advice.
