Direct Peptides Review (September 2026): Four Sites, One Name, What Each States

"Direct Peptides" is not one vendor. When the Bureau searched the name in the first week of September 2026 it found at least four storefronts using it: direct-peptides.com, a hyphenated site that describes itself as "a leading and trusted name in European-based peptides" and has collected UK reviews since 2019; directpeptides.com, an unhyphenated US site with a Houston, Texas address, US dollar prices and a public COA library; directpeptides.uk, a sterling-priced site paying a 10% discount for cryptocurrency; and directpeptidesuk.com, which states that it is "not affiliated with other businesses trading under similar names". A fifth domain, directpeptide.co, appeared in the same results and the Bureau did not fetch it.

None of the four pages the Bureau read acknowledges any of the others. This review therefore treats them as separate businesses, describes each on the facts it states about itself, and spends most of its time on the two with the most public information: the UK-linked direct-peptides.com and the US directpeptides.com. The Bureau's scorecard weighs documentation, consistency, shipping and price; no Direct Peptides site is among the five vendors the Bureau scores, and the Bureau has not placed an order with any of them, so this is a desk review rather than a scored entry.

Direct-peptides.com: the European site with the UK review history

The hyphenated home page is sparse. It lists a product range that includes BPC 157, CJC 1295, Epitalon (Epithalamin), HCG, HGH Fragment 176-191, HGH 191AA Somatropin, Melanotan 2, Bremelanotide (PT-141) and TB500 (Thymosin Beta4), describes "convenient shipping options" without naming a country or carrier, and carries the disclaimer that all products "are intended for medical research purposes only" and that the company "does not encourage or promote the use of any of these products in a personal capacity (i.e. human consumption)". It states it does not supply anyone under 18. No prices, no currency, no company registration number, no physical address and no testing statement appear on the home page the Bureau retrieved.

Every deeper page the Bureau requested (shop, about, product categories) returned a 403 error to its fetcher, so the Bureau cannot report what the site says about COAs, payment or delivery. That is a limitation of this review, not a finding about the vendor.

What can be sourced is the review history. The site's profile on reviews.co.uk showed 672 reviews and a 3.8 out of 5 rating when fetched, with the store described as UK-based and shipping internationally, and the earliest visible review dated 1 January 2019. The profile text says roughly 70% of reviewers recommend the company and names BPC-157, TB500, MK-677, CJC/Ipamorelin blends and MOTS-c as popular products. Trustpilot hosts separate profiles for the united-kingdom.direct-peptides.com and europe.direct-peptides.com subdomains, which is how the Bureau knows those regional subdomains exist; both profile pages returned 403 to the fetcher, so the Bureau cannot quote a score. A united-states.direct-peptides.com subdomain also exists and was unreachable.

Directpeptides.com: the US site with the public COA library

The unhyphenated site is the better documented of the two. Its about page gives the address 700 Smith St #61070, Houston, TX 77002, states that "Direct Peptides is a chemical supplier" and "not a compounding pharmacy or chemical compounding facility as defined under 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act", and says its products are "precision-synthesized and lyophilized in controlled laboratory environments in the United States". It does not give a founding date, a legal entity suffix or a named owner, and it makes no reference to the European site. The reviews.io profile for the domain repeats the Houston address and showed a 4.9 rating from 92 reviews when fetched, with visible reviews running back about three months.

The products page listed 38 items in US dollars. Named compounds and single-vial list prices included BPC-157 from $39.00 (5mg and 10mg sizes), TB-500 $99.00, a BPC-157 + TB-500 blend $99.00, CJC-1295 with DAC $99.00, CJC-1295 no DAC $79.00, CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin $99.00, Ipamorelin $79.00, Sermorelin $49.00, Tesamorelin $79.00, MOTS-c $49.00, GHK-Cu $49.00, SS-31 $69.00, NAD+ $79.00, Cagrilintide $109.00, Thymosin Alpha 1 $99.00, IGF-1 LR3 $109.00, PT-141 $89.00, Melanotan II $69.00, GLOW $139.00, KLOW $169.00, bacteriostatic water $15.00 and 0.6% acetic acid $10.00. Bulk pricing takes 3% off at two vials and 5% at three.

The GLP-class listings use codes. GLP-3 RT is sold in 10mg, 15mg and 30mg vials at $79.00 to $1,649.00 depending on size and quantity and is described as "a synthetic investigational peptide developed as a multi-pathway agonist"; GLP-2 TZ runs $69.00 to $1,609.00; GLP-1 SM is $49.00. The vendor does not name the compound behind any of the three codes on the pages the Bureau read, so the Bureau does not either. What the two sites state about testing and COAs

For direct-peptides.com the honest answer is that the Bureau does not know, because the pages that would say so were blocked. For directpeptides.com the statement is explicit and the artefacts are public. The site says "every batch is third-party tested by HPLC and mass spectrometry, and a COA is published for each batch", and the COA library at directpeptides.com/coa/ lists roughly 35 products with lot numbers in the format DPS- plus seven digits, a PDF link for each, and the instruction that "each lot is tested by UPLC/MS for endotoxins and purity". Buyers are told to match the QR code and lot number on the back of the vial against the library.

The Bureau opened one certificate. The BPC-157 purity PDF for lot DPS-9628420 is issued by Horizon Analytical, names Direct Peptides (directpeptides.com) as the client, records the sample as received on 15 June 2026 and analysed on 22 June 2026 by UPLC/MS, reports 99.42% purity against a specification of over 98%, and is attributed to a named research and formulation chemist. The product page pairs it with a separate endotoxin certificate. The GLP-3 RT 30mg page carries the same two-document pattern for lot DPS-9603520. That is the format the Bureau's peptide testing guide asks readers to look for: lab name, client name, lot, dates, method and a number. The Bureau has not commissioned its own retest of any Direct Peptides vial and has seen no independent database entry for one, so the 99.42% figure is the vendor's lab's figure, not the Bureau's.

The two UK-facing sites make shorter statements. Directpeptides.uk says "every single batch is third-party tested using HPLC and mass spectrometry to ensure 99%+ purity" with certificates available on request, and directpeptidesuk.com says customers can "view the published test certificates" and should "contact us to confirm which document relates to the batch you require". Neither names a laboratory on the pages the Bureau read.

Prices against the Bureau's scored vendors

The table uses directpeptides.com list prices as fetched in early September 2026, because that is the only Direct Peptides site whose prices the Bureau could read in US dollars. Directpeptides.uk prices are in sterling (BPC-157 £29.99, Cagrilintide £74.28, PT-141 £36.76, NAD+ £59.01, Semax £29.26) and are not directly comparable, and direct-peptides.com prices could not be retrieved at all. Scored-vendor prices are from product pages the Bureau fetched in the same week; Ascension figures are September sale prices with the regular price in brackets.

Two notes. Directpeptides.com does not show the vial size beside its "from" price for BPC-157, so $39.00 may be the 5mg vial; check the size selector before comparing. And GLP-class ranges running into four figures reflect ten-vial quantities, not a single vial. Shipping, payment and returns, site by site

Directpeptides.com. Ships within the United States only, from what it calls its US facility. Standard shipping is $12.99 for an estimated two to five business days, free on US orders of $200 or more, and orders are processed Monday to Friday excluding holidays. The policy refunds shipping (not product value) if a parcel misses the estimated date and refunds the full order if it has not shipped within 16 days. Refunds go to the original payment method within five to seven business days of approval. Payment is by Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover; no cryptocurrency, Zelle or bank transfer is mentioned.

Directpeptides.uk. Ships domestically in the UK and internationally from a UK facility, with same-day dispatch for orders placed before 1 PM (the site says EST, which is an odd time zone for a UK dispatch desk) Monday to Saturday. Payment is by bank transfer, Bitcoin and "select cryptocurrency options", with a 10% discount for cryptocurrency on orders above £200. No card payment is mentioned on the page the Bureau read.

Directpeptidesuk.com. States that UK tracked delivery is free with no minimum order and that orders placed before 3pm on working days are "normally dispatched the same day". Payment methods were not stated on the about page.

Direct-peptides.com. Unknown; the relevant pages were blocked. The reviews.co.uk profile describes the store as UK-based and shipping internationally, which is a third-party description and not the vendor's own words.

For a US researcher the difference is large: only directpeptides.com ships domestically from the US, takes cards and publishes a lot-searchable COA library. The peptide storage guide covers the vial once it arrives.

Reputation signals the Bureau could source

Review platforms. Reviews.co.uk: 672 reviews, 3.8 out of 5, since 2019, for direct-peptides.com. Reviews.io: 92 reviews, 4.9 out of 5, over roughly three months, for directpeptides.com. The gap between a seven-year, 3.8-rated history and a three-month, 4.9-rated one is itself informative: one site has a long record with a meaningful share of unhappy customers, the other has a short record with almost none. The Bureau quotes no individual reviews and vouches for none.

Regulators. A search of the FDA warning letter database in the first week of September 2026 returned no letter naming Direct Peptides, directpeptides.com or direct-peptides.com. The FDA's August 24 2026 letters, posted on 1 September, went to Peak Performance Peptides, Royal Peptides, NuScience Peptides, Peptide Partners and TXP Innovations (Tex Peptides); none of the Direct Peptides sites is among them. The Bureau found no closure notice for any of the sites on the Peptide Catalog's 5 September 2026 shutdown list, the Pepta Labs tracker or the ChemVerify shutdown summary.

The name itself. Four live storefronts, two countries, two currencies, three payment models and one explicit disavowal add up to a brand name that cannot be trusted on its own. Verified from the vendors' own pages: directpeptides.com's Houston address, 38-item US dollar catalogue, lot-searchable COA library, a Horizon Analytical certificate with dates, method and a 99.42% result, US-only shipping with stated costs and a 16-day non-shipment refund, and card-only payment. Directpeptides.uk's sterling prices, crypto and bank-transfer payment, and same-day dispatch claim. Directpeptidesuk.com's free UK delivery and its statement of non-affiliation. Direct-peptides.com's product list, its European positioning and its 18+ policy.

Not verified: whether any of the four sites share an owner; anything direct-peptides.com states about testing, payment or delivery; the size behind directpeptides.com's $39.00 BPC-157 price; the compounds behind GLP-3 RT, GLP-2 TZ and GLP-1 SM; and any independent retest of a Direct Peptides vial by anyone. The Bureau has not ordered from any of them.

Who directpeptides.com suits. A US researcher who wants a card checkout, a public COA they can read as a PDF with a lab name on it, and mid-range pricing on recovery compounds. Who it does not suit. Anyone who needs the GLP compound named on the listing, anyone outside the US, or anyone who wants a vendor with a multi-year public record under one domain. For the UK sites, the Bureau's read is simply that it could not verify enough to recommend either, and that crypto-only or bank-transfer-only checkout removes the chargeback protection a card gives you.
