The vendor was live and trading when checked, with a 37-product catalogue, a 353-record certificate database that names four laboratories, pack-based pricing, and, since 24 August 2026, an FDA warning letter addressed to it by name. That letter is the most important fact on this page and the Bureau puts it near the top rather than burying it.

Everything here is drawn from the vendor's own pages, the FDA's published letter, and named third-party databases. Peptide Partners is not one of the five vendors the Bureau scores; the Bureau's scorecard weighs documentation, consistency, shipping and price, and this is a desk review of the public record.

The terms of service state the store is "operated by Pirsek Technologies LLC" and governed by Wyoming law, and require buyers to be at least 21. The FDA's letter is addressed to Peptide Partners LLC at the same Bee Ridge address. The vendor's tagline is "Connecting the research community"; there is no founding date or named team on the pages the Bureau read, and the vendor also runs a Substack blog and an affiliate programme.

The shop lists 37 "agents". Every listing is priced per pack of vials, with a per-milligram figure alongside, which makes Peptide Partners the easiest vendor in this batch to compare on unit cost and the hardest to compare on sticker price. What Peptide Partners states about testing and COAs

This is the vendor's strongest page. The Independent Certifications page names four laboratories, Chromate, TrustPointe, Kovera and BioRegen, and organises certificates into four types: purity, endotoxin, heavy metals and sterility. When fetched it showed "353 records shown", broken down as 116 purity, 101 endotoxin, 95 heavy-metal and 41 sterility certificates, with a batch-ID lookup that searches all four types at once from the code on a vial label. Example entries visible on the page: retatrutide batch RTT2632 at 99.68% purity and tirzepatide batch TZ2608 at 99.70%. The home page states: "Peptide Partners frequently audits manufacturing partners using third-party laboratories."

The product pages carry the batch data in the page itself, which is rarer than it should be. The retatrutide listing showed batch RT2621, manufacturer ID US01, multi-vial purity 99.76%, endotoxin passed, heavy metals pending. The BPC-157 listing showed batch BC202607, manufacturer ID WF03, multi-vial purity 99.66%, labelled "Doubly Validated" and "Independently Tested". The product page does not repeat the lab name for that batch; the certificate database does.

Then there is the independent record, which is where this vendor becomes interesting. Finnrick, the third-party vial-testing database, lists Peptide Partners with 91 tests across 8 peptides as of 13 August 2026, a cumulative rating of 67%, rank 220 of 307 vendors, and 64 of 90 classifiable tests passed. Finnrick's own summary: retatrutide 93%, GHK-Cu 91%, ipamorelin 84%, tirzepatide "mostly passing despite an underfill caveat", and "weakness clusters in TB-500, CJC-1295, Tesamorelin and BPC-157, where purity misses and large fill swings make the catalog dispersed", with recent batches showing "rebounds but continued volatility". Finnrick's pass standard is purity of 99.5% or better and dose within 35% of label. So the vendor's own certificates and the independent retests agree on the GLP-class products and disagree on several of the older peptides. The FDA warning letter of 24 August 2026

On 1 September 2026 the FDA posted a cluster of warning letters to online peptide sellers dated 24 August 2026; Jacked Forums' news summary of 4 September lists the recipients as Peak Performance Peptides, Royal Peptides, NuScience Peptides, Peptide Partners, and TXP Innovations doing business as Tex Peptides. The Bureau read the Peptide Partners letter on the FDA's site. It is reference 735063, addressed to Zachary David Hoff at Peptide Partners LLC, 8350 Bee Ridge #379, Sarasota, FL 34241, from the Center for Drug Evaluation and Research's Office of Unapproved Drugs and Labeling Compliance, and it names the website https://peptide.partners/.

The letter states: "Based on a review of your website, 'GLP-1 S (Semaglutide),' 'GLP-2 T (Tirzepatide),' 'GLP-3 Reta (Retatrutide),' 'SS-31 (Elamipretide),' 'Tesa Peptide (Tesamorelin),' 'PT-141 (Bremelanotide),' and 'Reconstitution Solution (BAC)' are drugs", and concludes they are "unapproved new drugs under section 505(a) of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act" introduced into interstate commerce without approval. The central sentence is this one: "Despite statements on your product labeling marketing your products 'for research use only' and 'not for human or veterinary use,' evidence obtained from your website establishes that your products are intended to be drugs for human use." The FDA cites product-page text such as a claim that semaglutide "could have potential benefits for bone health" and that tirzepatide helps "improve blood sugar and lipid levels without increasing fat mass" as the evidence of intended use. The company was given fifteen business days to respond.

What the letter is not: it is not a finding about purity, it is not a shutdown order, and it says nothing about what is in the vials. It is a finding that the way the products were described made them drugs in the FDA's view. When the Bureau fetched the shop on the same week, all seven named products were still listed. The Bureau has no information on whether the company has responded, and it will update this page when there is a public record. Peptide Partners prices by pack, so the table shows the smallest pack and its per-milligram figure, against single-vial regular prices at the scored vendors as read in early September 2026. Per-milligram is the fair comparison; the sticker is not.

Read per milligram, Peptide Partners' retatrutide is the cheapest in the table and its BPC-157 and TB-500 are among the dearest, which is the mirror image of Finnrick's pass rates by product. Whether that is coincidence the Bureau cannot say. No carrier, processing time, origin or international statement is given. Peptide Protocol Wiki (verified 19 February 2026) recorded free shipping over $400 and 3 to 5 business days domestic; the Bureau could not find those figures on the vendor's current pages and reports them as that site's record.

Payment methods are not stated; the terms say available methods "are presented and calculated during checkout". Peptide Protocol Wiki recorded card-only. Refunds: cancellation for a full refund is available before dispatch; "Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded"; the vendor photographs and seals shipments before dispatch and may offer a one-time replacement for damage at its discretion; and the policy states that "initiating an unwarranted chargeback violates the sale agreement" and will be contested with documentation. The refund page also cites EU cooling-off exemptions for laboratory chemicals, which is an unusual thing for a Florida vendor to include and may indicate non-US sales; the Bureau has not confirmed that.

Verified from the vendor's pages and named sources: a live 37-item catalogue with pack pricing and per-mg figures; four named laboratories and a 353-record batch-searchable certificate database; batch numbers and purity on the product pages; a Sarasota mailing address, a phone line and an operating entity; the Finnrick record of 91 independent tests with a 67% pass rate; the FDA warning letter of 24 August 2026 naming seven listings.

Not verified: shipping cost, carrier, origin and timing; payment methods; whether the company has responded to the FDA; the relationship, if any, between Pirsek Technologies LLC and Peptide Partners LLC; and the status of the hyphenated look-alike domain. The Bureau has not placed an order.

Who it suits. A researcher buying retatrutide-class compound in quantity who wants a batch-searchable certificate library, named labs, and independent retests to check it against, and who has read the FDA letter and understands that it is about marketing language rather than contents. On that compound the per-milligram price and the Finnrick pass rate are both good.

Who it does not suit. Anyone buying the older recovery peptides, where Finnrick's record shows fill and purity misses; anyone who needs a stated shipping time or payment rail before ordering; and anyone for whom a live FDA warning letter is a hard stop.
