TB-500 Price: Cost per mg at Every Vendor We Review

Short answer: on 28 October 2026 TB-500 cost from $4.00 per mg (Amino Club, 10 mg for $39.99) to $14.00 per mg (Pantheon Peptides, 5 mg) in stock, with a median of $8.50 per mg, across 11 single-vial listings at the 8 vendors the Bureau reviews that sell it. Those are list prices before any discount code. At every vendor that sells more than one size, the bigger vial is the cheaper one per mg. A 10 mg vial, the size most vendors stock, ran from $39.99 at Amino Club to $99.00 at Direct Peptides (directpeptides.com) across 5 listings.

List prices read from each vendor's own store data on 28 October 2026, before any code. Single vials only: boxes of several vials are left out. Vendors are ordered by their lowest in-stock price per mg and nothing else; a vendor without a score is one the Bureau has reviewed but not scored. Partner codes are shown only where the Bureau has checked them in a live cart. Check price links are affiliate links: the Bureau earns a commission at no cost to you. Vendors with no link have no affiliate program with the Bureau. Limitless Life Peptides, OMNI Peptides and Southern Aminos show prices only after a login or an access request, so they are not in the table. The store data for Apollo Peptide Sciences did not answer on 28 October 2026; it comes back on the next read that works. Luv Aminos, Peptide Partners, Penguin Peptides and Ion Peptides listed no single TB-500 vial the Bureau could price on 28 October 2026. In stock only. To turn a vial and a price into the cost of one dose and the mark on the syringe, use the TB-500 dosage calculator. Every compound the Bureau tracks is on the peptide price tracker.

TB-500 is sold in 5 and 10 mg vials, usually priced between BPC-157 and the more expensive growth hormone peptides, and it is the compound on the tracker where the label tells you least about what is inside. "TB-500" is a trade name, not a chemical name, and that matters for price: a cheap listing and an expensive one may not be the same molecule. This page prices the research vial from each vendor's own store data every morning and explains what to check before you treat a low price as a bargain.

What You Are Paying For

TB-500 is the name vendors use for a synthetic version of thymosin beta-4, a 43 amino acid protein found in nearly every human cell. The name is applied to the full protein by some vendors and to its short active fragment by others, and the label rarely says which. The two are different molecules with different masses. A batch certificate with mass spectrometry shows which one is in the vial. The TB-500 guide covers the research and the side effects page what has been reported.

A 43-residue peptide is long, and long peptides cost more to make than short ones, so TB-500 usually sits above BPC-157 per milligram. It is also on the World Anti-Doping Agency's prohibited list and is not an approved drug. The vial is sold for laboratory research only: no pharmacist, no label claim and no recall system stand behind it, and a lower price does not change that.

How to Read a TB-500 Price

Vendors sell TB-500 in 2, 5, 10 and 25 mg vials, so the vial price alone tells you little. Divide the price by the milligrams in the vial and every listing collapses into one figure: the price per mg in the tables above. Four things move it.

  • Vial size. Bigger vials are usually cheaper per mg. Whether the saving is real depends on how fast you use the vial once it is mixed: reconstituted peptide keeps for weeks in a fridge, not months. The storage guide covers the stability side and how to reconstitute the mixing.
  • Full-length or fragment. Listings called "TB-500 fragment" are left out of the table, because a fragment is a different, shorter molecule with a different price per mg. If a listing is cheap and does not say which it is, ask before you buy.
  • Where the vendor sits in the supply chain. Almost no Western research vendor synthesises anything. They buy bulk material from a small number of manufacturers, then fill, freeze-dry, label and ship, so a high price is not proof of better material and a low one is not proof of worse.
  • Testing. A vendor that pays for a third-party certificate on every batch carries a cost that a vendor publishing one old certificate does not. For TB-500 the mass spectrometry result matters most, because it shows which molecule you bought.

TB-500 Next to BPC-157

The two are sold together so often that buyers price them as a pair. They are different compounds with different research behind them; the TB-500 vs BPC-157 comparison explains how, and the daily table for the other half of the pair is on the BPC-157 price page. If you are pricing both, add the two single-vial prices from these pages rather than looking for a pre-mixed blend: a blend hides the cost of each part and is left out of the Bureau's tables for that reason.

The same caution about price applies to both. When the lowest in-stock price per mg is a fraction of the median, ask what the vendor is not paying for, and let a batch certificate you can match to your vial decide the question, not the sticker.

How to Check a Vendor Before You Pay

The cheapest listing in the table is only cheap if the vial holds what the label says. Four checks take ten minutes.

  • Match the certificate to your batch. A useful certificate of analysis names the lab, the batch or lot number, the date, an HPLC purity figure and a mass spectrometry identity check, which for TB-500 shows whether the vial holds the full-length peptide or a fragment. A generic certificate with no batch number proves nothing about your vial. The peptide testing guide shows what a real one looks like.
  • Type the address yourself. Popular vendor names attract look-alike domains, some of which take payment and ship nothing. The guide to buying peptides covers how to tell a real store from a copy.
  • Pay by card on a first order. Crypto and bank transfer discounts are real, and so is the chargeback right they cost you. Take the discount once a vendor has delivered.
  • Read the review. Every vendor in the table links to the Bureau's review or scorecard entry, which says what the vendor states, what the Bureau could verify and what it could not. The 2026 vendor scorecard ranks the ones we score, and the coupon page lists the codes we have seen work.

Doses are outside the scope of this page. Schedules and what was reported are in the TB-500 guide and the side effects page.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the price of TB-500 today?

On 28 October 2026 the lowest in-stock price among the vendors the Bureau reviews was $4.00 per mg (Amino Club, 10 mg for $39.99), the median was $8.50 per mg and the highest was $14.00 per mg (Pantheon Peptides, 5 mg for $70.00). Prices are list prices for single vials before any code, read from each store's own data.

How much does a 10 mg vial of TB-500 cost?

The size table above shows the lowest in-stock price at 5 mg and at 10 mg, with the number of vendors listing each, refreshed every morning. Prices are list prices before any code, and the same vial can cost several times more at one vendor than at another.

Is TB-500 the same as thymosin beta-4?

It is meant to be a synthetic version of thymosin beta-4, but vendors use the name loosely: some mean the full 43 amino acid protein and some its short active fragment. The label rarely says which, so the mass spectrometry result on the batch certificate is the way to tell.

Is the cheapest TB-500 listing the best buy?

Not on price alone. A price far below the rest of the market can mean a vendor clearing stock, a vial holding less than the label says, or a different molecule such as a fragment. Check that the vendor publishes a batch-specific certificate with HPLC purity and mass spectrometry identity before treating a low price as a bargain.

Why is TB-500 usually dearer than BPC-157?

Partly length. TB-500 is a 43 amino acid peptide and BPC-157 is 15, and each extra residue is another coupling step with its own yield loss. The two are priced from the same kind of upstream suppliers, so part of the gap is synthesis cost, and the rest is each vendor's own pricing.

How do I work out the cost of one dose?

Multiply the price per mg by the amount in milligrams; amounts are often written in micrograms, and 1,000 mcg is 1 mg. The Peptulator TB-500 calculator does the arithmetic and gives the syringe mark for a given vial and water volume.
