The on-site widget shows 4.8 stars from 3,513 reviews, shared across the BPC capsule listings. Off-site the sample is smaller and still favourable: Trustpilot showed 4.4 from 110 reviews on 2026-09-18, 83% five-star and 8% one-star, on a profile claimed in November 2024, with the company replying to about 87% of negative reviews, typically within a week. The nine one-star reviews cluster on subscription timing and cancellation, a heat-exposed delivery, a lost parcel, a leaking spray, a discount code that did not apply and support replies the reviewers found unhelpful; the most recent was dated 7 August 2026 and the company had replied to all but one. Reddit commentary on the capsules is anecdotal and the Bureau does not score it.

Catalogue breadth

The product feed listed 49 items. Beyond the nine BPC listings the range is conventional: NMN ($69.95), a senolytic ($69.95), CoQ10, epicatechin, a methylated B-complex, magnesium, ashwagandha, thyroid and cardio formulas, and bundles sold as "protocols" for skin, hair, sleep, metabolism, longevity, digestion, muscle and joints at $129.90 to $419.80. The cosmetics shelf carries a GHK-Cu serum ($59.95), a GHK-Cu and thymulin DUO, a GHK-Cu, argireline and leuphasyl TRIO ($114.95) and a PTD-DBM hair product ($69.95). There are no injectable or lyophilised peptides. The BPC label reads "BPC (Pentadeca Short Chain Amino Acids)", described as "a partial sequence of body protection compound found in human gastric juice", rather than the bare research name.

Third-party testing and COA policy

In the vendor's words: products are "third-party tested"; a "Certificate of Analysis" is shown on each product page; the BPC-Lx Pro batch is tested by "MS Bioanalytical, an independent ISO-accredited laboratory"; the facility carries a "third-party GMP certification". The Bureau found no lot-lookup tool on the site and did not request a lot-specific document, so it cannot say whether one is available on request. As the Bureau's testing guide puts it, a COA confirms what is in the capsule, not what happens to it after it is swallowed.

Does oral BPC-157 work? The bioavailability question

This is what the search is really asking, and the answer has three parts. The peptide is unusually stable in gastric juice, which is why the Zagreb group that discovered it calls it the stable gastric pentadecapeptide and has used drinking-water as well as injected regimens in rats for decades (Sikiric et al., Curr Pharm Des 2011). In the best-cited oral model, BPC 157 at 0.16 micrograms per millilitre of drinking water improved healing of a transected rat medial collateral ligament alongside the injected arms (Cerovecki et al., J Orthop Res 2010); that is the strongest evidence any oral BPC product can cite, and it carries no plasma measurement. The first published pharmacokinetic study, in rats and beagle dogs, tested intravenous and intramuscular routes only, found an elimination half-life under 30 minutes and intramuscular bioavailability of 14 to 19% in rats and 45 to 51% in dogs, and had no oral arm (He et al., Front Pharmacol 2022). The Bureau found no published study in any species measuring plasma BPC-157 after a swallowed dose.

Infiniwell's Rapid, Rapid Pro and Delayed Pro capsules add salcaprozate sodium, or SNAC, the enhancer that makes oral semaglutide possible by driving transcellular uptake across the stomach lining (Buckley et al., Sci Transl Med 2018). A plausible design choice, and a mechanism proven for one peptide after years of human trials; the Bureau found no data showing it does the same for BPC-157, and the vendor claims no bioavailability figure. Human evidence for the compound in any route is thin: the largest human series the Bureau found is a retrospective chart review of 17 knee-pain patients, 16 of them followed up, given intra-articular injections (Lee and Padgett, Altern Ther Health Med 2021). The Bureau's read, set out in the oral BPC-157 guide: a defensible case for local effects in the gut, where the anecdotal reports cluster, and an unproven one for tendon, ligament or joint outcomes from a capsule. Operation Supplement Safety, the US Department of Defense programme, states that BPC-157 "is not a dietary ingredient" and is an unapproved drug, and USADA notes it sits on the WADA prohibited list under S0. None of that is a finding against this brand; it is the status of the compound in every capsule on the market.

How it compares to the vendors the Bureau tracks
