Umbrella Labs Review (2026): Is It Legit? FDA Letter, Prices, Coupon

2.2
Bureau Score
The verdict: A long-running Arizona store that most likely ships what it sells, and gives no reason to buy peptides there. Scored 2.2 in November 2026 as a desk review of umbrellalabs.is: its newest BPC-157 certificate is from an accredited lab and reports quantity and endotoxin; against that, it is a SARMs store first, it received an FDA warning letter in May 2021, it refuses all refunds, no product has an independent test, and BPC-157 costs more than twice the scored vendors' price. No reader order yet, and no Bureau link to the store.

Umbrella Labs is the store at umbrellalabs.is, run by Umbrella Labs, Inc. under Arizona law. Its own title calls it "The Best Place to Buy SARMs and Peptides Online". It sells SARMs as liquids, powders, gels and capsules, peptides as vials, blends, sprays, capsules, tablets and "nano liposomal" liquids, GLP compounds such as semaglutide and a retatrutide it lists as "GLP-3R", and nootropics, exosomes and lab supplies. The domain was registered in February 2020; an earlier site, umbrella.us, came before it.

This review scores it from public evidence read on 1 November 2026: the store's live product page and banner, archived copies of its terms, FAQ, shipping and certificate pages (dated where used), two certificates read in full, the FDA's 2021 warning letter, Trustpilot and Finnrick. The Bureau does not review SARMs and has no affiliate program with Umbrella Labs, so nothing on this page links to its store.

Is Umbrella Labs legit? The short answer

It is a real business that has traded since about 2020 and usually delivers, with a regulatory and service record that rules it out for peptides. The FDA sent it a warning letter in May 2021 over SARMs, tianeptine and a product in which FDA testing found undeclared tadalafil. Its FAQ says "We DO NOT provide refunds". Trustpilot shows 3.1 from 238 reviews, with a quarter at one star, and no independent lab has tested its products. Its prices for the common peptides run two to three and a half times the scored vendors'. Not a store that takes money and ships nothing, but nothing on it is a reason to choose it.

Not the same as Umbrella Labs the web agency

umbrellalabs.co is an unrelated web development agency, and umbrellaus.com (Umbrella Micro Enterprises) is a different business with its own Trustpilot page. Nothing on this page describes them.

Who runs it and what it sells

Our top-scored source right now: Amino Club

The vendor Bureau readers order from most this year, lowest price per mg on most of what we track, batch COA on every product page. Partner code 100 at checkout takes 20% off a first order there, and keeps the order counted for the Bureau. Research use only.

The terms open with "Terms & Conditions of Sale to End Users of Umbrella Labs, Inc." and are governed by the laws of Arizona (archived 8 October 2026). The shipping page says the store is located in Arizona, and the FDA addressed its 2021 letter to Tucson. The site gives a phone line, 1-855-471-8544, open Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM Pacific, and no street address; the company's own Trustpilot details give a Tucson suite address the Bureau has not checked.

The catalogue leads with SARMs (RAD-140, ostarine, LGD-4033, cardarine, MK-677 and others) and sells peptides alongside. The Bureau does not cover SARMs. The FDA treats them as unapproved drugs, and a "research use only" label has not protected sellers in FDA or Justice Department actions. On 1 November 2026 the live site carried a banner for a 30% sitewide Halloween sale and free shipping.

What the certificates show

The store keeps a public peptide certificate page with about 40 files going back to 2019 (archived 14 May 2026). Older files are titled "Certificate of Authenticity"; from 2024 they are certificates of analysis. The newest BPC-157 10 mg certificate is from Vanguard Laboratory in Olympia, Washington, reported 22 December 2025 for lot ULP-20409. It reports 99.08% purity by HPLC and a quantity of 11.41 mg in a 10 mg vial, 14% over label, and refers to the lab's A2LA accreditation for its accredited tests. A separate Vanguard report for the same lot, dated 4 February 2026, gives an endotoxin pass below 5.00 EU/mg.

That is better paperwork than many peptide stores publish. The gaps: neither certificate has a mass spec identity result, so purity is measured but identity is not confirmed; the endotoxin test was run on bulk powder, not a finished vial; and the lab states that it did not take part in choosing the samples, so both describe what the store sent in. The endotoxin report also frames its pass mark as a human dose for a 70 kg adult, on a product sold for laboratory research use only. The store's quality page claims in-house LC/MS-MS and third-party checks by credentialed chemists; the certificates the Bureau read are HPLC-UV only. The peptide testing guide covers what a lot-specific report should contain.

What independent testing found

Nothing, because there is none. Finnrick, which tests vials that buyers send in, read "No published tests for this vendor yet" on 1 November 2026. Every quality figure for Umbrella Labs comes from samples the store chose itself. That is the main reason Product consistency scores low.

The FDA warning letter

On 18 May 2021 the FDA issued a warning letter, MARCS-CMS 612037, to "Umbrella" in Tucson, Arizona (FDA, 18 May 2021). It names umbrella.us and umbrellalabs.is, three other websites and two social media accounts. What it covers:

  • SARMs: cardarine (GW-501516), ostarine (MK-2866), MK-677, RAD-140 and andarine (S-4), treated as unapproved new drugs, with the letter citing risks of liver toxicity, heart attack and stroke. It says a "research use only" label does not change intended use when the site and social posts show human use.
  • Other products: tianeptine, kratom powders, a NAC product promoted against COVID-19, and "Alpha Male Plus", in which FDA lab testing found undeclared tadalafil.
  • No peptides are named in the letter.

The Bureau could not find whether the FDA later closed the letter. A web search on 1 November 2026 found no later FDA letter or Justice Department case naming Umbrella Labs. Absence from a search is not a clean bill.

Prices, against the scored vendors

Umbrella Labs' BPC-157 price was read on its live product page on 1 November 2026; its semaglutide and retatrutide prices come from archived product pages from April 2026, the latest the Bureau could read, so they may have changed. Amino Club, the Bureau's top-scored vendor, was read by the Bureau's price tracker on 1 November 2026. All before any code or sale.

ListingUmbrella LabsPer mgReadAmino ClubPer mg

Retatrutide 10 mg ("GLP-3R")$149.99$15.00archive, 28 Apr 2026$69.99$7.00

BPC-157 costs about 2.2 times Amino Club's price per mg. Even with the 30% sale running on 1 November, a 10 mg vial comes to $61.73, still about one and a half times Amino Club before its code. On the archived figures, semaglutide 10 mg cost about 3.6 times and retatrutide about twice the scored vendor. Today's prices at every vendor the Bureau reviews are on the price tracker; the BPC-157, TB-500, semaglutide and IGF-1 LR3 where-to-buy guides compare the scored vendors that stock each.

Shipping, payment and returns

All as the store states them, from its pages archived in September and October 2026. Shipping is free and expedited within the US only, tracked and insured, and orders go out within 24 to 48 hours. There is no international shipping. A shipping guarantee offers a one-time free replacement of a lost or damaged parcel.

Payment is by personal debit card (with an account login), same-day bank payment, a US bank account, or Bitcoin. No credit cards.

Returns: the FAQ says "We DO NOT provide refunds. No refunds is a company policy so please don't ask", and that items can be returned but no refund will be given. The terms give buyers 14 days to report defects or damage. Assume no refunds.

Reputation signals the Bureau could source

Trustpilot. The profile for umbrellalabs.is scores 3.1 from 238 reviews, claimed by the company in July 2023 (read 1 November 2026). Most reviews are five stars, and a quarter are one star. Trustpilot flags that the company has not replied to negative reviews. Its summary of recent reviews describes unanswered emails and calls and slow fulfilment; reviews from March to September 2026 describe orders stuck in "Processing" for a week, usually arriving in the end, and reviews from October 2026 praise free replacements for lost parcels.

Reddit. The top Google result for "umbrella labs review" on 1 November 2026 was an r/Nootropics thread titled "Is Umbrella Labs legit? - My Investigation", with more than 100 comments and a negative tone. The Bureau did not read the thread in full.

Finnrick. No tests, as above.

Other reviews. Most pages that rank for the name are affiliate listings, sponsored "brand connect" articles and paid press releases. None of them mentions the FDA letter or reads a certificate.

Umbrella Labs coupon codes

There is no Peptide Bureau code for Umbrella Labs. A "Bureau" or "PB" code seen elsewhere is not ours. The store's own discount on 1 November 2026 was a 30% sitewide Halloween sale. Earlier in 2026 it ran a tiered 10% off orders over $100 and 20% off over $200 (archived May 2026), and in October a 30% sitewide sale. The Bureau found no standalone public code it could confirm; the rotating sitewide sale is the real discount. For the vendors where the Bureau does hold a working code, the peptide coupon codes page lists each one with the date it was last tested.

Is Umbrella Labs legit?

As a business, yes: it is real, US-based, has traded since about 2020 and usually ships. It is not a scam storefront.

The score stays low because the evidence that matters for peptides is thin and the record around it is poor. There are no independent tests, the certificates confirm purity but not identity, and the store refuses refunds. It sells SARMs first and drew an FDA warning letter in 2021 that included a product with an undeclared drug. Its peptides cost two to three and a half times the scored vendors'.

Who it suits. Nobody the Bureau can recommend it to for peptides. Who it does not. Anyone who wants independent testing, a refund route or a fair price. The scored vendors in the box below sell the same peptides for less, with better records.

What would move the score

Up: independent Finnrick results that pass; a mass spec identity check on certificates; a refund policy; replies to complaints; prices closer to the market. A reader order with a matching certificate would also lift Consistency.

Down: any new FDA or Justice Department action, failed independent tests, or certificates that do not match the lab's records.

Total44 / 100, Bureau Score 2.2

How each line was reached: COA transparency credits an accredited lab named on the certificate, with lot, quantity and a separate endotoxin result, and loses points for HPLC-UV only with no mass spec identity, endotoxin on bulk powder and vendor-chosen samples. Shipping credits free tracked shipping, dispatch in 24 to 48 hours and a free replacement, with US-only delivery and no order of our own. Consistency weighs zero independent tests and the FDA's finding of an undeclared drug in a product named in the same letter against two in-spec certificates for one lot. Customer service is low for a no-refunds policy, a quarter of Trustpilot reviews at one star with no replies, and a negative top Reddit thread, offset slightly by free replacements and a phone line. Pricing reflects BPC-157 at about 2.2 times the scored vendors and higher multiples on GLP compounds. Longevity credits trading since about 2020 and is docked for the 2021 warning letter and a reputation built on paid press releases.

Scoring methodology: documentation checks against published COAs, independent test databases, store prices, published terms, regulator records and public-reputation cross-checks; reader orders where we have them, which for this vendor we do not yet. Full criteria on the methodology page and the listing policy. No vendor has ever paid for placement or score.
