Best Place to Buy KLOW Peptide (November 2026): Every Store Compared by What Is in the Vial

Amino Club
Bureau pick
Short answer: Amino Club, at $99.99 for an 80 mg vial before code 100. Its KLOW certificate measures all four peptides on the same lot, from an ISO 17025 lab, each within a few percent of label. Luv Aminos is the cheapest partner listing at $85.00, but its own lot certificate shows the thymosin beta-4 part at 7.79 mg against 10 on the label. Ascension is $120.00 list, half off through our link, plus $15 shipping, all sales final.

KLOW is not a single peptide. It is a vial that mixes GHK-Cu 50 mg, BPC-157 10 mg, TB-500 10 mg and KPV 10 mg, 80 mg in all, sold by research stores for laboratory research use only. Because the mix is the product, the useful comparison is per vial and per certificate, not per milligram: two KLOW vials at the same price can hold different amounts of each part. Every price and certificate below was read on 1 November 2026.

What the certificates show

This is the part that separates the stores. A blend certificate is only useful if it measures each peptide, because purity alone says nothing about the ratio.

  • Amino Club. Lot KLW0002, ILS Laboratories (ISO/IEC 17025), tested 30 July 2026: GHK-Cu 52.54 mg, BPC-157 10.41 mg, TB-500 10.62 mg, KPV 10.30 mg, 99.85% HPLC purity, identity confirmed, sterility and endotoxin (under 0.05 EU/mL) passed.
  • Ascension Peptides. States batch-specific third-party certificates; the Bureau did not read this blend's.
  • NextgenPeps. States 99.8% HPLC purity, endotoxin tested and a public certificate; the Bureau did not read it.
  • Aurelia Research. ILS Laboratories certificates for its strengths; HPLC purity only, no per-component amounts in the listing.
  • Limitless Biotech. US-made in Florida, certificates on the product pages.
  • PSPeptides. Lot certificate published on the product page.
  • Luv Aminos. Lot KLOW-80-002, Freedom Diagnostics Testing (HPLC and mass spec): GHK-Cu 58.16 mg, KPV 9.83 mg, BPC-157 10.56 mg, thymosin beta-4 7.79 mg, 99.61% purity.

The Luv Aminos certificate is worth reading in full: its GHK-Cu came in 16% over label and its thymosin beta-4 22% under, which changes the ratio a researcher actually gets. That is the store's own published result, not a Bureau test.

Match the lot printed on your vial to the certificate, not the first certificate on the page. The peptide testing guide covers what a lot-specific report should contain.

TB-500 or thymosin beta-4: check which one is in the vial

Stores use the two names for the same part of the blend, but they are not the same molecule. Doping-control researchers describe TB-500 as N-acetylated LKKTETQ, a seven-amino-acid piece of thymosin beta-4, while thymosin beta-4 itself is a 43-amino-acid protein of about 4,963 Da, the figure Amino Club's product page gives for this part. Amino Club's GLOW certificate and the Luv Aminos KLOW certificate both report thymosin beta-4. If the identity line on your certificate gives a mass, it tells you which one you have; the TB-500 guide explains the difference.

KLOW against GLOW plus a KPV vial

KLOW is GLOW with 10 mg of KPV added. At Amino Club on 1 November 2026 the KLOW vial was $99.99 and the GLOW vial $89.99, so the KPV share costs $10 inside the blend. The three GLOW parts alone, bought as separate vials, cost $109.97 there before any KPV. The blend is the cheaper route; separate vials are the route that lets the ratio change. The KLOW peptide guide covers the four components, dosing and units.

Is KLOW legal, and can a pharmacy compound it?

No KLOW product is FDA approved, and the blend has never been studied as a blend in people. On 30 October 2026 the Federal Register printed HHS's enforcement discretion policy for six peptides, including BPC-157, KPV and TB-500, but it applies only to a single-ingredient product compounded by a licensed pharmacy or physician under ten conditions. A multi-peptide vial is outside it, and GHK-Cu is not on the list. The HHS policy explainer has the detail. Research stores sell KLOW for laboratory research use only.

What to check before you order KLOW

  • The mix, in milligrams. Expect GHK-Cu 50 mg, BPC-157 10 mg, TB-500 10 mg and KPV 10 mg. A listing that gives only a total, or a different total, is a different product.
  • A certificate that measures each part. Purity alone does not show the ratio.
  • Which TB-500. Fragment or full thymosin beta-4, as above.
  • The return terms. Ascension's sales are final; check each store's review before a large order.
  • Units. A blend changes the arithmetic: run the vial through the Peptulator KLOW calculator with the store's stated milligrams.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where is the best place to buy KLOW peptide?

The Bureau's pick on 1 November 2026 is Amino Club: $99.99 for an 80 mg KLOW vial before its code 100, with a lot certificate from an ISO 17025 lab that measures all four peptides within a few percent of label. Luv Aminos is the cheapest partner at $85.00, and Ascension is half its $120.00 list through a partner link, plus $15 shipping.

What is in a KLOW peptide vial?

A standard KLOW vial holds 80 mg: GHK-Cu 50 mg, BPC-157 10 mg, TB-500 10 mg and KPV 10 mg, a 5 to 1 to 1 to 1 ratio. Some stores use thymosin beta-4 for the TB-500 part, so check the certificate.

How much does KLOW cost?

On 1 November 2026 the partner stores listed an 80 mg vial at $85.00 (Luv Aminos), $99.99 (Amino Club), $109.99 (PSPeptides), $120.00 (Ascension), $124.99 (Aurelia) and $158.00 on sale (NextgenPeps), before any code. Stores outside the partner list ranged from $99.00 to $134.00.

Does every KLOW vial contain the same amounts?

No. Amino Club's lot KLW0002 measured GHK-Cu 52.54 mg, BPC-157 10.41 mg, TB-500 10.62 mg and KPV 10.30 mg. Luv Aminos' lot KLOW-80-002 measured GHK-Cu 58.16 mg, KPV 9.83 mg, BPC-157 10.56 mg and thymosin beta-4 7.79 mg. Read the certificate for your lot.

What is the difference between KLOW and GLOW?

KLOW adds 10 mg of KPV to GLOW's GHK-Cu 50 mg, BPC-157 10 mg and TB-500 10 mg, making an 80 mg vial instead of 70 mg.

Is KLOW legal to compound under the HHS peptide policy?

No. The HHS enforcement discretion policy printed on 30 October 2026 covers only single-ingredient products made from six peptides, including BPC-157, KPV and TB-500. A four-peptide vial is outside it, and GHK-Cu is not on the list. KLOW is sold for laboratory research use only.
